- Applications for membership shall be submitted to the Membership Committee. Upon a two-thirds vote, this committee shall enroll all qualified members.
- Dues are not required of members or associate members, however, a suggested “free grace” donation of $25.00 to the general fund is considered exemplary.
- Associate members shall be those involved in a ministry non-vocationally as volunteers. They are to be accepted upon recommendation of a member as a sponsor and with the approval of the chairperson of the membership committee. They shall be non-voting and subject to the same requirements as full members.
- In exceptional instances anyone who ministers non-vocationally, but who has made significant contributions toward the advancement of the free grace message, shall be eligible for membership subject to the approval of the Membership Committee.
- Student associate members shall be those who are in college or graduate school. They are to be accepted upon recommendation of a sponsoring member and the approval of the chairperson of the membership committee. They shall be nonvoting, subject to the same requirements as full members.
- There shall be a nominating committee consisting of five members, elected at the first business session of the annual meeting, which shall present to the Alliance proposed candidates for election to office.
- All expenditures and administrative operations must be authorized by the Alliance or the Executive Council. The Executive Director will serve at the pleasure of the Executive Council, and is an ex officio, non-voting member of the Executive Council.
- An auditor shall be appointed by the Executive Council annually to audit the treasurer's books.
- Vacancies may be filled in the interim between annual meetings by the Executive Council.
- Official publicity with reference to the program shall be responsibility of the chairperson of the committee on Program and Arrangements.
- In the event of dissolution, the residual assets of the Alliance will be turned over the International Bible Society for as long as it is tax exempt.
- The By-Laws may be amended by a two-thirds vote at any annual meeting or by a majority vote if the amendment has been proposed at the previous annual meeting.
